Calm before the storm

This photo was taken from my balcony, around dusk, on the day before my final Internal Medicine paper. Even when we're busy, we have to take the time to appreciate the little things around us - and that includes appreciating the people around us.

I was really stressed on the eve of the exams, but after I saw this, I stood at the balcony in the cold, admiring the beauty of Allah's creation. In a way, it managed to soothe my heart and got me going again. Regarding the exams? Let's not count our chickens before they hatch alright? :)
